    • The following Regulations are promulgated under California Education Code section 92440.5, which authorizes The Regents of the University of California to enact regulations addressing the conduct of persons who are not students, officers, or employees ("non-affiliates") of the University of California. Non-Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in conduct that is a threat to persons or property of the University of California or which constitutes interference with functions or activities of the University. Please note that violation of these regulations, including but not limited to unauthorized camping, introduction of dangerous materials or weapons, and the willful interference with the peaceful conduct of the activities of the campus, is punishable as a misdemeanor and may result in arrest, a monetary fine and imprisonment.
